The first day of September means the First Friday gallery walk in Chinatown. Tonight's highlights: Kohala, John Cruz and Brittni Paiva in the Live from the Lawn concert at the Hawai'i State Art Museum, GiRL FeST gallery opening at The ARTS at Marks Garage, and sculptor Frank Sheriff's winsome bronze frogs, babies and other fantastic characters at the Bethel Street Gallery.
