Tickets are on sale for a Jan. 6 concert by composer/pianist/recording artist Jim Brickman.

RICHARD THOMPSON CONCERT

Tickets also are on sale for a concert by singer/songwriter Richard Thompson, who'll be joined by Danny Thompson (no relation) on bass, and special guest Makana.

The concert begins at 8 p.m. Nov. 18 at the Waimea Valley Audubon Center, Hale'iwa. Tickets are $25 advance, $30 at the door. 638-9199.
