Weekly Thoughts

When the other fellow takes a long time to do something, he's slow. But when you take a long time, you're thorough. When he doesn't do something, he's lazy. But when you don't do it, you're just too busy. When he goes ahead and does something without being told, he's overstepping his bounds. When you go ahead and do it, you're original. When he succeeds, he's lucky. When you succeed, you deserve it.

"Today's Thought, vols. 1-3" is available in a boxed set for $10. Send check or money order to Today's Thought, 3402 Kahawalu Drive, Honolulu, HI 96817 or purchase at Logos Bookstore at Ward Warehouse. Thoughts by the late Rev. Paul Osumi are selected weekly by his family.
