A few members of Kapa‘a High School’s Class of 1957 and their spouses or guests traveled last month to Sydney, Australia, and to New Zealand, including South Island. The statue of Capt. James Cook in Christchurch, New Zealand, reminded them of the English explorer’s connection to Hawai‘i as well.
