Atlas Insurance Agency Inc. has named PATRICIA HOE controller, overseeing the firm's accounting operation, including receivables, cash management, payables, commission, budget and financial reports.
Bright Light Marketing Group has promoted SUZANNE WATANABE to director of client services, and hired SUZANA RENNIE as its director of administration.
ALISSA LERNER KIMURA, who has worked with a team of women financial advisors as an AXA Advisors LLC financial consultant, has been named president of the board of directors of the Hawai'i Women's Business Center. Also named to the board were LINDA NAKAMURA, loan servicing manager at American Savings Bank, named vice president; JO HU, an attorney with Hu & Tsuji LLLC, named secretary, and CYNTHIA SPENCER, an independent distributor with Isagenix International, manufacturer of health and wellness products, named treasurers. Six directors were also selected. They are: SALLY BOGERT, CLEOTA BROWN, SHERRI DONLIN, CHENOA FARNSWORTH, DAWN SANDERS and LYNN SIEN. The HWBC was founded in 1997 to support women entrepreneurs in starting or growing a business.
LORI L. McCARNEY has been named vice president of marketing for The Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific. She was, most recently, chief marketing officer for the start-up of FlyHawaii Airlines, and before that, executive vice president and marketing director of Bank of Hawai'i.
STEPHANIE L. SAITO has been promoted to executive vice president and manager of Hawai'i Commercial Banking at Bank of Hawaii. With the promotion, Saito also becomes a member of the bank's operating committee.
CHRISTINE "TINA" MARSHMAN has been named director of standards and procedures for Island Air.
