UH-West O'ahu gets $500,000

The University of Hawai'i-West O'ahu will receive $500,000 for the design and construction of two temporary buildings on campus.
With the campus at full capacity, the additional facilities will house newly hired personnel, who will service existing and projected enrollments at UH-West O'ahu for accreditation purposes.
Currently 869 students are enrolled at UH-West O'ahu, according to preliminary UH enrollment figures. That is a 2.6 percent increase from last year.
