City workers flashed the shaka as the hearse bearing the casket of former Honolulu Mayor Frank Fasi passed Honolulu Hale on its way to Fasi's burial yesterday at The National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. The shaka was one of Fasi's campaign trademarks.
