Police yesterday identified the 16-year-old boy killed in a three-vehicle crash Saturday night as Jordan Rivera of Kailua, Kona.

Rivera and Kyle R. Buckley, 20, of Kealakekua, were occupants of a Honda sedan that was traveling east on Palani Road when it crossed the center line and collided with an oncoming Toyota multipurpose vehicle. The Honda then hit an oncoming Chrysler sedan.

Police said Buckley was the driver of the Honda sedan.

The four occupants of the Toyota and two occupants of the Chrysler were injured. but were released after being treated at a hospital.
