How did the camel get his hump? How did the elephant get her trunk? For more than a hundred years, children have delighted in Rudyard Kipling's fantastical answers to life's seemingly simple questions.

"Just So Stories," an adaptation of short fables from the author of "The Jungle Book," is the creation of Honolulu Theatre for Youth's artistic director, Eric Johnson. Your last chance to catch the production is 4:30 p.m. today at Tenney Theatre at St. Andrew's Cathedral.

The play is recommended for children 4 years and older. Tickets are $8 for children, college students with ID and seniors 60 and older and $16 for adults; active-duty military receive one free child admission with the purchase of each regularly priced adult ticket. Reservations:

839-9885.
