3 school fairs today offer lots of food, rides, games

It's all about fun for the kids today at school fundraisers in Wahiawa, Manoa and Kahala.

Have fun while raising funds for the following schools:

• Ho'ala School: 4th annual Lu'au Fundraiser, with catered Hawaiian food, pony rides, bouncers, dunking booth, hula and Tahitian dancers;

5-9 p.m. today; school campus at 1067A California Ave. in Wahiawa; $20 general, $15 for keiki and seniors;

• St. Francis School: Ohana Fair, with inflatable fun house, rock wall climb, giant slide, farmers market, country store, food and Brother Noland concert; 10 a.m.-6 p.m. today; school campus in Manoa; 988-4111.

• Fifth annual East Honolulu Food Festival's Ho'olaule'a, with a sampling of cuisine from restaurants islandwide, children's rides and games, and music by Kapena; 5:30-9:30 p.m. today; Star of the Sea Church and Schools in Kahala; $70 general, $25 for ages 4-13; proceeds benefit Star of the Sea Church and Schools; 734-0396.
