A parade, concert and ho'olaulea fit for a prince

Kuhio Day festivities honoring Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalaniana'ole continue today at Kapi'olani Park. Scheduled events include:

• Ho'olaule'a, 1 to 4 p.m., with arts and crafts, exhibits by various native Hawaiian organizations and businesses, and food and entertainment.

• Commemorative parade, 4 to 6 p.m., with participants including

the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, Hawaiian Homestead Associations, Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Queen Liliuokalani Children's Center and numerous members of the Royal Societies, community organizations, halau hula and marching units.

• Moonlight concert, 6 to 9 p.m., with Ku'uipo Kumukahi, as well as other local musicians and award-winning halau.
