A 61-year-old Hanamaulu man was arrested at his home Tuesday afternoon for his alleged involvement in a fatal traffic collision last month, Kauai police said Wednesday.

William Corbett was arrested for investigation of first-degree negligent homicide and driving under the influence of an intoxicant and police said he was later released pending further investigation.
Glenn Doi, 59, of Kalaheo, died in the Kaumuali‘i Highway crash near the Lawa‘i Post Office on Feb. 11.
A preliminary report said Corbett was traveling west in a Kaua'i Coffee delivery van on Kaumuali‘i when he crossed the centerline and crashed head-on into an east-bound Ford Mustang driven by Doi.
The Mustang was then rear-ended by an Infiniti driven by Ashlie Moriguchi.
Doi was taken to Wilcox Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police said Moriguchi and Corbett were taken to Wilcox Hospital, where they were treated and released.
