Small businesses seeking to expand into overseas markets are invited to attend the eighth annual International Trade Forum March 31 at the Foreign Trade Zone 9 at Pier 2.

The event, scheduled for 9 a.m. to noon, will feature experts from the State Department of Agriculture, First Hawaiian Bank, Foreign Trade Zone 9, Hawaii Technology Development Corporation-MEP, U.S. Department of Commerce, and the Small Business Administration.
