A 32-year-old Kaneohe man has been charged with five counts of third-degree sexual assault, which are alleged to have occurred between January and August of 2009.

Police said a family member reported seeing the man assault a 4-year-old girl and 2-year-old boy, both of whom are the man’s biological children.
The suspect was arrested Tuesday at police headquarters on Beretania Street. Bail was set at $200,000.
