Jeffrey Boromisa, past senior vice president of the Kellogg Co., has been appointed executive in residence at the Hawai'i Pacific University College of Business Administration.

MW Group Ltd. has promoted Colby Kisaba from controller to chief financial officer at the locally owned development company. Kisaba will build lender relationships, direct company financial affairs, prepare financial analyses and oversee the accounting department.

COLDWELL BANKER PACIFIC PROPERTIES

Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties has appointed Carrie Castle chief financial officer. A certified public accountant, she will oversee the financial operations of the state's largest real estate firm.

STARN O'TOOLE MARCUS & FISHER

Ivan Lui-Kwan has been elected a director of the Starn O'Toole Marcus & Fisher law firm. He was formerly director of budget and fiscal services for the City & County of Honolulu.

CCIM INSTITUTE

Leil Koch has been elected first vice president of the CCIM Institute. The institute confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation to qualified commercial real estate and allied professionals.

HAWAII FARM BUREAU FEDERATION

The Hawaii Farm Bureau Federation has named Luella Costales executive director.
