U.S., Hawaii flags to fly at half-staff Monday for Ewa Beach man

Gov. Linda Lingle has ordered U.S. and state flags to fly at half-staff at state, county and federal buildings on Monday in honor of Spc. Presley Tagaloa, who died on April 6 while serving his country.

Tagaloa was assigned to Delta Company, 100th BN 442D Infantry Regiment at Fort Shafter

and entered military service on Nov. 8, 2007

A burial service for the Ewa Beach man will be held on Monday.
