Souza's grand slam powers 'Iolani, 7-1

Kimberlee Souza had a triple, grand slam and five RBIs, and Nalani Taniguchi pitched a six-hitter as 'Iolani beat Kamehameha, 7-1, yesterday at Ala Wai Field.

'Iolani improved to 7-2 in the Interscholastic League of Honolulu; Kamehameha dropped to 5-4.

Souza's grand slam highlighted a six-run sixth inning for the Raiders.

'Iolani's Amanda McCaskill and Ka'ili Taniguchi had two hits apiece.
