Police arrest man in investigation of promoting pornography of a minor
Police have arrested a Kalihi man for the investigation of two counts of first-degree sexual assault of an 11-year-old girl.
The man, Jhonderick Borja Agpaoa, 46, was arrested yesterday for the investigation of the two first-degree sex assault counts, two counts of sexual assault in the third-degree, kidnapping and promotion of pornography for minors. The alleged incident occurred on Wednesday at 5 p.m.
