Advertiser Staff

CrimeStoppers and Honolulu police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who robbed the Hawaii Federal Credit Union's Kapālama branch Wednesday.

The man entered the credit union at 1244 Kaumuali'i St. about 1:40 p.m. Police said he brandished a handgun at a teller and demanded money.

The man is described as being 5 feet 6 or 5-7 and between 180 and 200 pounds. He was wearing a gray T-shirt, blue denim pants and sneakers.
