UH-UNLV football game won't be telecast on 'free' TV

Associated Press

Unlike other University of Hawaii football games, Saturday's UH-Nevada-Las Vegas game from Las Vegas, Nev., will not be re-telecast for free on a delayed basis, according to an Oceanic Time Warner spokesperson.

The UH-UNLV game is being picked up by CBS College Sports Network and will be telecast live for Hawaii viewers on pay-per-view.
But since CBS owns the rights to the game, it will not be re-telecast for Hawaii viewers. In most cases, K5 telecasts UH games on a one-day delayed basis on 10 a.m. Sundays.
Viewers who purchased the Oceanic sports package or the UH PPV season ticket will get the game on channesl 247, 255 and 1255.
