Lingle webcast tomorrow to give update on budget, union labor negotiations

Gov. Linda Lingle will address the state tomorrow via a live webcast to provide an update on the state budget, public employee union labor negotiations and binding arbitration with the Hawai�i Government Employees Association and United Public Workers.
The webcast will be from 3 to 3:30 p.m. at www.hawaii.gov/gov.
