Magic, pony rides, chefs’ fare and more at Hanahau'oli School

Hanahau'oli School will be hosting a children's fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today that will include gourmet "fair fare" from D.K. Kodama of Sansei and Ed Kenney of town restaurant, along with a white elephant sale and country store.

This year's theme is "magic" and the fair features a magician, pony rides, entertainment, crafts, face painting and games. In addition to the chefs' offerings, there will be a bake sale and food booths with burgers, hot dogs, pizza, chili, frozen yogurt, ice cream and Waiola Shave Ice. There will also be a white elephant sale and a country store with homemade mango chutney and liliko'i butter, crafts, fresh produce and more.

Hanahau'oli is at 1922 Makiki St. Free parking and a courtesy shuttle will be available at Roosevelt High School. For more information, call 949-6461.
