Two teenage boys have been charged with investigation of unauthorized control of a motor vehicle today after a neighbor called police complaining about a suspicious vehicle in the neighborhood.

When police arrived at 3:30 p.m. today, they found an abandoned vehicle that had been previously reported stolen, police said. After a search of the neighborhood, police arrested the two teenage boys, ages 17 and 16.
