'Mamma Mia!' adds 6 shows at Blaisdell

Due to popular demand, six performances have been added to the previously announced schedule for Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus' "Mamma Mia!," the hit musical based on the songs of ABBA.
Shows now run May 12 through May 30. The performance schedule at the Blaisdell Concert Hall is Tuesday through Thursday at 7:30 p.m., Friday at 8 p.m., Saturday at 2 and 8 p.m., and, through May 24, Sunday at 2 and 7 p.m.
Tickets for "Mamma Mia!" are priced at $75, $65 and $40 for weekdays and Sunday evenings; and $85, $75 and $50 for Friday and Saturday performances and Sunday matinees. There is a 10 percent discount on tickets for military with ID, exclusive of Friday and Saturday evenings only.
Group sales discounts for 15 or more people are available through the Hawaii Opera Theatre box office, 593-2468, with no discounts available for Friday or Saturday evening performances.
WADA CROWNED CHERRY BLOSSOM QUEEN
Kristine Akemi Wada was named queen of the 57th Cherry Blossom Festival Saturday night at the Sheraton Waikiki's Hawaii Ballroom.
Wada, a 2002 'Iolani School graduate, holds degrees in English and Japanese from the University of Hawai'i.
The event is sponsored by the Honolulu Japanese Junior Chamber of Commerce.
The court consists of First Princess and Miss Popularity Traci-Ann Toshiko Miwa, Princess Janelle Lyn Kadooka Uchida, Princess Gina Emiko Maeda, Princess Kristen Akiko Chung, and Princess and Miss Congeniality Tanya Ichiko Masunaga.
HARTNETT HOSPITALIZED IN LOS ANGELES
LOS ANGELES — Josh Hartnett's publicist says the 30-year-old actor has been taken to a Los Angeles hospital with gastrointestinal problems.
Publicist Susan Patricola says Hartnett was transported by ambulance at 1:45 a.m. yesterday to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
She said in a statement that he "is under observation but is resting comfortably."
Patricola says Hartnett had a flare-up of a gastrointestinal issue that affected him while he was starring in an onstage production of "Rain Man" in London last year.
No other details have been provided.
FIRE DESTROYS LODGE AT WILLIS' SKI RESORT
FAIRFIELD, Idaho — Authorities say a fire has destroyed the main lodge at a small ski operation co-owned by Bruce Willis.
Camas County Chief Deputy Brian Miller says the Soldier Mountain Ski Resort lodge and an adjacent ski rental building were destroyed in yesterday morning's blaze. No one was injured.
The "Die Hard" actor has a home in nearby Hailey. The resort closed for the season last week.
