Running: Kenya's Kipsang wins Tokyo Marathon

TOKYO — Kenya's Salim Kipsang won the Tokyo Marathon on Sunday, finishing in 2 hours, 10 minutes, 27 seconds.
Japan's Kazuhiro Maeda, running in his first marathon, was second in 2:11:01. Japan's Mizuho Nasukawa won the women's race in 2:25:38.
