Punahou School says it�s investigating allegations against a staff member that were made via an anonymous e-mail.

Punahou didn�t identify the staff member, or what position he or she held at the M�noa private school.
It only said in a statement yesterday that the school �will take immediate and appropriate action� if it finds there�s been a violation of school policies.
The school said the claims relate to a situation that allegedly occurred four years ago and this is first time the school has heard of it.
The allegations include charges that a Punahou dean was sexually involved with a student.
