Andrew Kerekes' “Snow Snow for Lucy” released online today

Young island filmmaker Andrew Kerekes released his animated short film, “Snow Snow for Lucy,” and a winter-themed puzzle game called “Puzzatales2” on online sites today.
The 22-year-old Mililani High School graduate teamed up with New Zealander Matthew Stradwick for “Puzzatales2.” It is being release on Kerekes' Web site, http://www.biclopsgames.com.
“Snow Snow for Lucy” will be shown exclusively at http://www.newgrounds.com.
The short won the Best Animated Short Film Award at the Bayou City Inspirational Film Festival, the Audience Award Honorable Mention at the Riverside International Film Festival and the Silver Lei Award at the Honolulu International Film Festival.
“Snow Snow for Lucy” is about an orphan girl who lost her arms and father. She’s imprisoned by a crazy inventor who builds customized mechanical arms for her.
