Kauai police ask public's help in finding missing teen

LIHUE — Kauai police are asking the public's help in finding a missing teen.

Police say 15-year-old Joshua Baird arrived on Kauai on March 17 and ran away from home a day or so later. He was last seen at the Kapaa ball park on March 21 wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans and carrying a backpack and skateboard.

Baird is 5 feet 7 and about 123 pounds. He has brown eyes, light brown hair, a small

scar on his left eyebrow and a mole on the left of his lips.

Anyone with information about Baird is urged to call KPD's Investigative Services Bureau at 241-1696, Police Dispatch, 241-1711, or Crime Stoppers, 241-1887.
