Cyanotech names successor to CFO post

Cyanotech Corp. said Deanna L. Spooner will become its vice president for finance and administration, chief financial officer, secretary and treasurer effective Nov. 14. She will succeed William R. Maris, who has accepted a post as chief financial officer of Parker Ranch.
Spooner has served as controller of Kailua, Kona-based Cyanotech since January.
