Leilani Madison and Estelle Codier have created a Spiritual Book Club, which plans its first meeting at 7 p.m. Nov. 5.

The first book to be featured will be "Secret Life of Bees" by Sue Monk Kidd.

Madison is an English professor at Hawai'i Pacific University and Codier teaches at the Univeristy of Hawai'i nursing school. Both attend Christ Church Uniting Disciples & Presbyterians on the Pali Highway.
