Labyrinth expert to give lecture, workshops at St. Andrew's

The Rev. Dr. Lauren Artress, an author and labyrinth expert from Grace Cathedral in in San Francisco, will be featured in weeklong labyrinth activities at the Cathedral Church of Saint Andrew.
Beginning 10 a.m. Monday, there will be an open labyrinth walking for prayer and meditation, with meditative music, prayer candles and informational displays.
Other free events:
• "Tea & Labyrinth": 4 p.m. Friday with Artress.
• "Walking the Labyrinth as a Spiritual Practice" workshop: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Dec. 6. Bring a journal.
• A guided labyrinth walk: 2-5 p.m. Dec. 7.
