Christ Church Uniting Disciples and Presbyterians in Kailua will be having a Scottish advent and Christmas season, thanks to a pastor's exchange with the Church of Scotland in Stromness Parish, Orkey Islands.

For the month of December, the Rev. Fiona Lillie will come to Hawai'i and the Rev. Buddy Summers will go to Stromness.

The sanctuary of the Kailua church will be decked Scottish decor, music and special events, such as the 10 a.m. Sunday worship and a service of Lessons and Carols, 7 p.m. Christmas Eve.
