The Pet Blessing Festival, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow at Hawaii Kotohira Jinsha-Hawaii Dazaifu Tenmangu, is in observance of Pet Appreciation Week.

You don't need a reservation to have your leashed or caged animal pal blessed. It's free. The shrine is at 1239 Olomea St., Kalihi. 841-4755.
