MILILANI
Resurfacing work will close H-2 lanes, on-ramp

There will be multiple overnight lane closures on the H-2 Freeway Kipapa Stream Bridge this week for pavement resurfacing, the state Department of Transportation said.

Northbound lane closures will occur from 8 p.m. tomorrow to 5 a.m. Wednesday. Southbound lane closures will occur 8 p.m. Wednesday to 4 a.m. Thursday.

Crews will also close the H-2 Freeway Honolulu-bound on-ramp from Mililani Town on Mehe'ula Parkway tomorrow through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for pavement resurfacing.

Honolulu-bound drivers are advised to use alternate routes such as Kamehameha Highway or to continue along Mehe'ula Parkway, make a U-turn at the 'Ainamakua Drive intersection, and use the H-2 Freeway Honolulu-bound loop on-ramp from the makai-bound lanes.
