A 39-year-old man was taken in critical condition tonight to Hawai'i Medical Center-West with burns over 90 percent of his body, according to Honolulu Emergency Services spokesman Bryan Cheplic.

Police are investigating reports the man doused himself with a flammable liquid and set himself on fire at "Ha'u Bush" Oneula Beach Park in 'Ewa at 8 p.m.
