Everything from scrap metal to tires will be accepted at a recycling event March 15 at Farrington High School.

The event runs from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Items that will be accepted include: scrap metal, auto parts, bicycles, metal appliances, newspaper, cardboard, beverage containers, tires, green waste, car batteries, cell phones, printer cartridges and more.

The items will be recycled, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Farrington High School. For more information, call 306-1876.
