International Market Place business robbed

A cashier of a Waikiki business in the International Market Place was robbed about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, by a man who passed a demand note and said he had a gun.

The cashier gave the man money from the cash register and the man ran away, police said.

The robber is described as a man in his mid 30's, about 5-feet-10 and 170 pounds.

He was wearing a black baseball cap, white T-shirt with AX logo on the front, and shorts.

A suspect has not yet been identified or located. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 529-3115.
