NFL: Bills' Lynch to plead guilty to accident-related charge

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Erie County District Attorney Frank Clark says Buffalo Bills running back Marshawn Lynch will plead guilty next week to an unspecified charge stemming from a hit-and-run accident involving his SUV.
Clark says the plea is based on the fact Lynch was driving. The tentative deal was announced today after days of negotiations.
It comes as a grand jury was scheduled to begin hearing testimony in the case. Several Bills players and front-office employees had been subpoenaed.
Lynch's 2008 Porsche Cayenne hit a woman crossing a Buffalo intersection early May 31 and drove off, leaving the victim with a bruised hip and a cut that required seven stitches
