Services have been set for Pfc. VICTOR WALTER JEFFRIES, 52, a Navy reservist from Honolulu who died Dec. 30 of injuries suffered in a vehicle accident in Kuwait. Jeffries was assigned to the Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group, Kuwait. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and was a Farrington High School teacher. Survived by wife, Elizabeth; daughters, Keshia and Chantel; mother, Jannie; brothers, Vaughn, James and Harley; sister, Joann.
