The Hawai'i Kai Neighborhood Board will hold a special meeting tonight to discuss developer QRM LLC's proposal to build vacation cabins on the Ka Iwi Coast.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at Haha'ione Elementary School cafeteria at 595 Pepe'ekeo St.
