Hawaii weather patterns to be discussed at seminar
How much did it rain?
The science behind the storm will be the topic of a Department of Meteorology seminar tomorrow at the University of Hawai'i-Manoa.
Professor Pao-Shin Chu will speak on "Heavy Rainfall Events in the Hawaiian Islands" at 3:30 p.m. in the Marine Science Building, room 100.
The talk is part of the series of seminars sponsored by the Water Resources Center.
