Augie brings 'Wild West' show to Mäkaha Aug. 31

Comedian Augie T is on the prowl.

Comedian Augie Hawai'i's favorite stand-up will bring a "Wild Wild West Comedy Show" to the Makaha Resort at 8 p.m. Aug. 31, providing Labor Day weekend laughs for folks on the Wai'anae coast.

Joining him on the bill are comedians Jose Dynamite and Timmy Mattos, with Gerard Elmore as emcee.

Pre-sale tickets: $15 at Stylistic Clothing in Wai'anae, at 86-078 Farrington Hwy., Suite 204, and at the Makaha Fashion Boutique at the former Coronet store location, at 87-1170 Farrington Hwy. Tickets at the door: $20.

Augie also will guest-host a pair of comedy gigs with Mainland stand-ups at On Stage Hawaii's September specials at Pipeline Café:

• Sept. 17, 6 and 8:30 p.m. — Featuring Alonzo Borden, grand prize winner in season three of "Last Comic Standing" and a regular on season five.

• Sept. 24, 6 and 8:30 p.m. — Featuring Henry Cho, who dubs himself as "an Asian with a Southern accent," whose "What's That Clicking' Noise?' special aired on Comedy Central.
