Mark Reinfeld, author of "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Eating Raw" (Alpha Books), will have a book signing at Borders Bookstore at 2 p.m. Saturday in Lihue.

Reinfeld is the founding chef of the Blossoming Lotus Restaurant, winner of Honolulu Advertiser's 2006 'Ilima Award for "Best Restaurant on Kaua'i".
