H-1 Airport Viaduct work continues

Advertiser Staff

The three rightmost lanes will be closed in the westbound direction from the Airport on-ramp to the Kamehameha Highway/Aloha Stadium/Arizona Memorial off-ramp (Exit 15A) from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. today for concrete pavement repair work.

All on-and-off-ramps will remain open during this time. Westbound motorists are advised to use alternate routes including the H-201 Moanalua Freeway or Nimitz Highway underneath the H-1 Airport Viaduct.

The roadwork is part of a $9.1 million project to repair potholes along a nearly three-mile stretch of the H-1 Freeway Airport Viaduct (top deck) between Middle Street and Valkenburgh Street.
