Waikiki car-ramming suspect released

A 24-year-old Army man based at Schofield Barracks was released today pending further investigation into his alleged ramming of two cars in Waikiki late Monday night.

No injuries were reported in the alleged ramming of a cab and car. The soldier, who lives in Ewa, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. yesterday for investigation of two counts of first-degree criminal property damage and drunken driving.
