Tom Papandrew and the Rev. Marc Alexander, who recently released the master plan for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Honolulu, unveiled a plan for Immaculate Conception Parish Ewa, which is outgrowing its space.

A 23.5-acre site at the corner of Fort Weaver and Old Fort Weaver roads was proposed on April 7 in a public presentation at the church. A large gathering and worship space with seating for up to 2,500 people was suggested.
