Flu shots will be administered from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow at Longs Drugs in Kane'ohe Bay Shopping Center.

The shots are free for HMSA, HMSA's 65C Plus and HMSA QUEST members, and Medicare Part B beneficiaries; a co-payment may be required for other plans. Otherwise, cost is $35.

Flu shots are recommended for those older than 50; anyone with health conditions such as asthma, heart disease, lung disease and diabetes; or those who care for people with health conditions.

Other flu shot clinics will be offered islandwide through Nov. 6.
