SNOW BIZ: About 100 "Lost" cast members and crew jammed the wine bar of Cassis by Chef Mavro for 12 hours Saturday (from 4 a.m.).

This much is certain: Scenes were shot for a February 2008 show and Chef George Mavrolathassitis was interviewed for a segment for a "Lost" DVD bonus package. "I'm sworn to silence on the details, of course," Mavro said.

After leaving the premises, the Losties moved to Merchant Street, where snow fell and filled the street for the cameras. Hmmmm. ...

Singer Azure McCall had a speaking part on "Lost," opposite new cast member Ken Leung. With her own trailer, chair and hair/makeup crew, she felt like a bona fide star. ...

When June Odessa Yago, an Advertiser copy editor, and Marvin Woo, owner of Woo's Electrical & Appliances, married in Portovenere, Italy, earlier this month, they encountered a "Lost" fan abroad. In Venice, their bed and breakfast host said he visited O'ahu hoping to see where "Lost" was filmed. "We told him Marv works for Sawyer (Hawai'i Kai resident Josh Holloway) and he just about fainted," said the new Mrs. Woo. ...

ITEMIZATIONS: Former Island resident Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's new movie — Disney's "The Game Plan" —opens tomorrow. In it he makes it to the NFL as a QB of a Boston pro ball team (an unrealized goal in real life, thanks to a back injury). He also wears ballet tights as a bachelor who learns he has an 8-year-old daughter (Madison Pettis). And Rock trivia: He was director Tim Burton's second choice (Johnny Depp got it) to play Willy Wonka in "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory." ...

Angela Keen is pau at KHNL-8, where she was morning anchor and meteorologist for two years. Her plans? To devote more time to her stepdaughter and husband and also to spend time with her ailing father. "Then I plan to continue making a difference in the community. I love advocacy," Keen said. ...

SHOW BREEZES: That "Broadway Reflections" concert Saturday night at the Hawai'i Theatre, with Joy Abbott and Davis Gaines showcasing their wealth of Broadway ditties, was a revelation of their considerable talents, their connections with the Great White Way and their philanthropic goal of launching the new Hawai'i Performing Arts Foundation. Sometime resident Abbot reflected on her late husband, the prolific George Abbott ("Damn Yankees," "Pajama Game"), who lived till he was 107, and shared vignettes about his prowess as the revered "Mr. Broadway" — and sang, too. Her debut CD ("For All We Know," with pianist Betty Loo Taylor) now is at Borders and Native Books. ...

It was Gaines' first performance here since his '80s appearance with Carol Channing in "Hello, Dolly!" — before he made his mark as a Broadway luminary. His experience ("The Phantom of the Opera," "Whistle Down the Road") showed in his nuanced, emotion-charged solos and duets with Abbott. Of course, "Music of the Night," the lingering anthem from "Phantom," defined his charismatic delivery style. ...

Gaines' accompanist, Carol Anderson, on leave from the "Wicked" pit in Los Angeles, wondered about the whereabouts of her husband Bob, who touched down in Honolulu at 6:15 p.m., but was tardy. His cab took him to the Waikiki Theatre (the old movie house) then Manoa Valley Theatre — before finding the Hawai'i Theatre. The audience applauded when he trekked to his front-row seat. ...

BITS 'N' PIECES: Joey Caldarone joined Sean Na'auao on "Fish and Poi," when he was a guest at the Multiple Sclerosis fundraiser at Chai's Island Bistro Sunday night. ...
