SOPOGY INC.

Sopogy Inc., manufacturer of Micro-CSP solar technologies, has named Tim Wong vice president and chief financial officer. Based in Honolulu, Wong will oversee all financial, accounting, human resources and administrative functions for the company and will report directly to president and CEO Darren Kimura.

USS MISSOURI MEMORIAL ASSOC.

  • The USS Missouri Memorial Association has named Eve Colton corporate membership and member events manager. Her responsibilities will include coordinating the expansion of the nonprofit organization's corporate membership program and collaborating with members on special events.

    EXECUTIVE WOMEN INTERNATIONAL

    Lois Asato, sales manager for the Hawai'i Convention Center, was elected president of the Honolulu chapter of Executive Women InternationaL, a nonprofit organization of more than 4,000 professional businesswomen representing a broad cross-section of business, governmental agencies and nonprofit enterprises in the United States, Canada and Europe. The Honolulu chapter has 63 members.

    Asato has been the Hawai'i Convention Center's representative to EWI for the past three years and will serve as president until September 2008.
