An exhibit featuring 400 of the latest science books for children will open Friday during Children's Book Week at the Salt Lake-Moanalua Public Library. The books will remain on display through Dec. 31.

The books will be arranged in subject categories such as Animals, Earth Sciences, Marine Life and Technology/Engineering. The reading level ranges from preschool through middle school, although some books that require a high school reading comprehension (or beyond) are included.

These display books may be borrowed for the usual three-week loan period.
